DIY ZUCCHINI Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie bowl is super yummy, and secretly has an entire zucchini inside!
Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
(I used raspberries)***
Add ingredients to blender and blend on high till smooth. Add plant milk/ scrape sides if the blender needs some help getting everything going.
Top with whatever you desire! This would also taste great with a handful of granola, a sprinkle of chia seeds, and a drizzle of nut butter. (AKA go crazy with the toppings!!) Enjoy!
*I removed the skin so I wouldn't have a green color in my bowl, however this is NOT mandetory
