It’s the prime of SUMMERTIME, and I’ve made it my mission to get on board the smoothie train. Specifically, the green smoothie train. Hey, why not try to soak in all the vitamins and minerals you can!?
In the past, I’ve strayed away from smoothies because I prefer to have food that I can chew on, and they usually aren’t satiating enough to keep me full until my next meal. Honestly, they probably won’t ever be my first choice for a meal, but I sure will make it be, because they’re so darn good for you!
With this combo, I found a good blend of fruits and healthy fats plus a ton of fiber that’s sure to satisfy my hunger until my next meal. Plus, this smoothie fit super well into my few days of eating raw vegan, and helped my digestion a ton.
If you get the chance to try this out, let me know in the comments below! You can also tag me in recreations on Instagram @cookwithcourt to share.
