Empty tub of Coco Whip, coconut shreds, and vanilla if you’re using it into the bowl of a standing mixer (or use a hand mixer) and mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes till the mixture is creamy. (You can do this by hand, but it WILL take longer)
Empty the mixture into the pie crust and spread it evenly. Sprinkle additional coconut shreds on top as desired. Serve right away or re-freeze until desired serving time. Enjoy!
