Frozen Coconut Cream Pie (EASY & 3 ingredients)
This dairy-free coco-nutty pie is a total crowd pleaser. It makes a great treat on a warm day, and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare!

  1. Empty tub of Coco Whip, coconut shreds, and vanilla if you’re using it into the bowl of a standing mixer (or use a hand mixer) and mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes till the mixture is creamy. (You can do this by hand, but it WILL take longer)
  2. Empty the mixture into the pie crust and spread it evenly. Sprinkle additional coconut shreds on top as desired. Serve right away or re-freeze until desired serving time. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

*Most pre-made store bought graham cracker crusts are accidentally vegan. However, if you want to make your own, I’ve had luck using Chocolate Covered Katie‘s recipe for Healthy Graham Cracker Pie Crust in the past.
