Orange Creamsicle Overnight Oats
These overnight oats are the heathy breakfast rendition of an orange creamsicle. Make them ahead of time for an easy breakfast.

  1. In a jar or tupperware, thoroughly mix oats, non-dairy yogurt, water, dates, and vanilla. Add orange on top.
  2. Place lid on jar or tupperware and leave for a minimum of two hours or overnight. This will keep in the fridge for up to three days.
Recipe Notes

*I used a cashew based yogurt in this recipe, but you could also use a soy or almond based yogurt with little change in taste. I think a coconut based non-dairy yogurt would be tasty in this, but keep in mind it will taste slightly coconutty.

**Can sub with 1 tbsp of my Simple Date Caramel or 1 tbsp of liquid sweetener (such as pure maple syrup or agave nectar).
