This recipe for Orange Creamsicle Overnight Oats is basically the breakfast version of your favorite popsicle growing up. Or, if you’re my dad, his favorite popsicle forever.
If you’ve never heard of overnight oats… get ready to hop on the bandwagon! Basically, the premise of overnight oats is that you get to soak some oats in some liquid/ fruit and it turns into yummy mushy breakfast the next morning (that you don’t even have to heat up!).
I vote we change the phrase “It’s the best thing since sliced bread!” to “It’s the best thing since overnight oats!”. Who’s with me?! (Not to bash sliced bread either… anyone who knows me knows I love a good slice of bread, too).
Anyway, I’ll stop analyzing the various forms of carbohydrates now and (finally) give you this scrumptious recipe. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I have!
