DIY ZUCCHINI Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie bowl is super yummy, and secretly has an entire zucchini inside!

  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend on high till smooth. Add plant milk/ scrape sides if the blender needs some help getting everything going.
  2. Top with whatever you desire! This would also taste great with a handful of granola, a sprinkle of chia seeds, and a drizzle of nut butter. (AKA go crazy with the toppings!!) Enjoy!

*I removed the skin so I wouldn’t have a green color in my bowl, however this is NOT mandetory

**Adjust depending on desired sweetness

***Mixed berries and strawberries would also taste great in this
