Question of the day: How do you pronounce ALMOND? All-mond…AL-mond… Ahhhhhh-lmond…? However you PRONOUNCE the nut, they sure are TASTY!
I decided to use this powerhouse of a nut in these ALMOND BLISS ENERGY BITES because, well, they were on sale. Also, almonds are SO good for you!
Every Christmas my family bakes little almond flavored cookies in a spritz press machine that look like little Christmas trees and Poinsettia flowers. These energy balls ended up tasting like a comforting cross between those cookies that my family makes and a classic marzipan… I know… HOW FUN!
