I’m Courtney & I’m a self-proclaimed foodie. I’m also a huge fan of the Earth and the people living here!
I’ve always had a blast messing around in the kitchen. I’m sure my parents can confirm that I’ve made quite the mess of the kitchen through the years! 😉
I’ve been blessed with the biggest sweet tooth around, so when I went vegan about two years ago it was SO much fun getting to re-create my favorite non-vegan recipes. I truly don’t find myself missing anything that I can’t find a vegan alternative for!
I initially went vegan when I became aware of the Sustainability benefits of the lifestyle. After a lifetime of growing up in southern California, going on cool road trips full of hiking & swimming holes, camping at National Parks or staying in cabins along the way, I grew into a conservation mindset. Fast forward to present day— I recently received an Associate’s Degree in Communication and I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability at San Diego State University. Wohoo!
In all honesty, I can hope for nothing more than to be influential to the world in some positive way. Whether my path winds me through politics, non-profits, or people’s kitchen with plant foods—
My goal is to improve the path for the planet and its inhabitants by using my knowledge and positive energy, spreading and fostering it within others.
